Ireland’s 2nd longest stone bridge

Malin Bridge is a beautiful 10-arch bridge that was built in 1758 over the Ballyboe River. It is reputed to be the second-longest and most northerly bridge in Ireland. Malin village is a quaint 17th-century plantation village that is surrounded by stunning scenery and has also won the tidy town competition in 1970 and 1991. It also boasts the oldest Roman Catholic Church, still in use, in Ireland.
