Hard liquor in Muff

The Squeelin’ Pig is a genuine authentic Irish pub located in the border village of Muff. To get to this great little bar from Derry you will have to drive northwards to go into ‘the South’ but take note that if you drive south from this bar towards Derry you will end up in ‘the North’. As you enter the village you will see the signs ‘You are now entering Muff’ and ‘Welcome to Muff’ and you will also pass ‘The Muff Barber Shop’ and ‘The Fishy Muff Takeaway’. The Muff Diving Club was also set up in the 1970s and is apparently one of the most successful diving clubs in the World. Every August you can celebrate with the locals at the Muff Festival where you can see great night-time entertainment, excellent banjo playing, and have plenty of fun drinking gin made by The Muff Liquor Company.
