County Donegal

Donegal takes its name from the Irish ‘Dún na nGall’ meaning ‘fort of the foreigners’. It has an Atlantic coastline of 1,134 km, the oldest rock in Ireland at 1.8m years old and it’s highest mountain is Errigal at 751m.
